Staying in an Airbnb, vacation rental, condo, or local home? Instead of a hotel delivery, we'll meet you at one of three convenient Starbucks locations to hand off your Borrow the Magic order.
Your return works the same way: choose a location, confirm a time with us, and meet our team there with your items.
Your local delivery plan
1. Choose a Starbucks location at checkout
When you check out on the Borrow the Magic website, select the Starbucks location that works best for your plans:
- Starbucks, W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy in Kissimmee
- Starbucks, Blue Heron Beach Dr in Lake Buena Vista
- Starbucks, Dr. Phillips Blvd in Orlando
You'll also have a place to share your preferred delivery time for the first date of your reservation.
2. Confirm the meeting plan with us
Your preferred time is a request rather than a confirmed appointment. We'll contact you by email or by text, if you consented to text messages, to solidify the location and meeting time.
Please don't travel to the Starbucks until our team has confirmed the plan with you.
3. Meet us for your order
Arrive at the confirmed Starbucks location at the agreed time and keep your phone nearby in case we need to find each other. We'll hand your cleaned, ready-to-wear items directly to you.
We can wait for up to 20 minutes after the confirmed meeting time.
4. Use your items and have fun
Now for the best part! Wear your ears, bags, charms, and other accessories throughout your trip. Mix and match them across park days and take all the photos without filling your suitcase or closet.
Your local return plan
The return works just like delivery. At checkout, choose one of the three Starbucks locations and share your preferred return time for the final date of your reservation.
We'll confirm the final plan by email or text. Meet us at the agreed Starbucks location with every item from your order. Check bags and pockets for personal belongings before the handoff. You don't need to clean anything—we'll take care of that.
Please don't miss your meeting time
Every local handoff is scheduled into our route, so we can only wait for 20 minutes after the confirmed delivery or return time.
If you miss your delivery appointment, the rental charge still applies. If you miss either your delivery or return appointment and we need to arrange another meeting, a rescheduling fee will also apply.
Running late? Contact us as soon as possible. The more notice we have, the better chance we'll have of adjusting the plan before it becomes a missed appointment.
A few quick questions
Do you deliver directly to my Airbnb or house?
No. Local and vacation-rental orders are exchanged at one of the three Starbucks locations listed at checkout.
Can I use a different Starbucks for the return?
Choose your preferred return location at checkout. If you need to change it later, contact us as soon as possible. Any change depends on availability and our route for the day.
Is the time I enter at checkout guaranteed?
Not until we confirm it with you by email or text. The time entered at checkout lets us know what works best for you.
How long will you wait?
We'll wait up to 20 minutes after the confirmed meeting time.
What if my travel plans change?
Email [email protected] right away. If you opted in to texts, you can also reply to your order message. We'll always try our best to help when we have enough notice.
