Sailing from Port Canaveral? Borrow the Magic makes it easy to bring the ears, bags, charms, and accessories you want without packing the extra bulk.
Before your cruise, we'll meet you at Orlando International Airport (MCO) or at one of three convenient Starbucks locations. MCO is the easiest option if you're taking an airport-to-cruise shuttle; choose Starbucks if you have transportation. After you debark, we'll collect your order using the same MCO-or-Starbucks options.
Your cruise pickup plan
1. Choose MCO or a Starbucks location at checkout
When you check out on the Borrow the Magic website, choose the location that works best for your travel plans:
- Orlando International Airport (MCO) — the most convenient option for guests taking an airport-to-cruise shuttle
- Starbucks, W Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy in Kissimmee
- Starbucks, Blue Heron Beach Dr in Lake Buena Vista
- Starbucks, Dr. Phillips Blvd in Orlando
Choose a Starbucks option if you have transportation. Cruise orders are not handed off at the Port Canaveral terminal.
2. Tell us your preferred pickup time
At checkout, you'll also have a place to share the time you would prefer to receive your order on the first date of your reservation.
Your preferred time is a request rather than a confirmed appointment. We'll follow up by email or by text, if you consented to text messages, to finalize the location and meeting time.
3. Meet us for your order
Please don't travel to MCO or the Starbucks location until our team has confirmed the plan. At the agreed time, meet us at the confirmed location and keep your phone nearby in case we need to find each other.
We'll hand your cleaned, ready-to-wear items directly to you. We can wait for up to 20 minutes after the confirmed meeting time.
4. Take your items on your cruise
Pack your accessories, take them aboard, and enjoy them throughout your sailing. Keep every rental item and any removable pieces together so everything is ready for your return meetup.
Please don't miss your pickup time
Every meetup is scheduled into our route, so we can only wait for 20 minutes after the confirmed time.
If you miss your pickup appointment, the rental charge still applies. If we need to arrange another meeting, a rescheduling fee will also apply.
Running late or dealing with a travel delay? Contact us as soon as possible. The more notice we have, the better chance we'll have of adjusting the plan before it becomes a missed appointment.
How to return your cruise order

Choose your preferred return location at checkout. We can collect your order at Orlando International Airport (MCO) or meet you at one of our three Starbucks locations. MCO is the most convenient option if you're taking a cruise-to-airport shuttle; choose Starbucks if you have transportation. Cruise returns are not collected at the Port Canaveral terminal.
2. Tell us your preferred return time
Share the time that works best for your post-cruise travel plans. Your preferred time is a request, and we'll confirm the final return appointment by email or text.
3. Gather every item
After you debark, gather every rental item and any removable pieces included with your order. Check all bags, pockets, and compartments for personal belongings.
You don't need to clean anything first. Return everything as-is and we'll take care of the rest.
4. Meet us for collection
Bring the order to the confirmed MCO or Starbucks meetup. We can wait for up to 20 minutes after the confirmed time. If you miss the appointment and we need to arrange another meeting, a rescheduling fee will apply.
